Prepare the Item
Please ensure that the item(s) are packed in the packaging they were received in, or that they are easily identifiable with the inclusion of the order number associated to the item(s).

Schedule a collection
Customers who received incorrect item(s) will qualify for free shipping on returns. Those who are not happy with the colour/size or product can return it using their own courier.

Once we have received the returned items they will be inspected before the refund is processed - this should take no longer than 72 Hours
